• No file created?

• The file won't open.

- run check formatting codes

- see if the filter is set correctly (double check the file type in the header of the file pair)

- make sure that the correct directories are selected, ensure that the correct file is listed in the export dialog box.

- make sure that there is a valid .COD file inside the directory with the file pair being used for export.

- do a round trip test
